"I am very impressed and please with the staff at Brittany Lane.  I believe that they are professional and try to help us in every way that they can.  Every issue that came up has been easily and quickly resolved.  The maintenance is very knowledgeable and professional as well.  Our carpet was replaced when it was needed and our stove was repaired without any problems.  The staff are very friendly and helpful.  I will be moving due to the nature of my job and the staff has worked with us to make the process painless, and have went out of their way to help us in the transition.  I am moving back to the same area in about a year and my family and I are going to move back here to Brittany Lane Apartments again.   The area is very nice and close to everything you need.  The apartments are nice and my family feels safe.  You should consider Brittany Lane."

"My wife and I have been to almost every apartment complex in a 25 mile radius of Fort Lewis.  It was such a headache trying to find a seasonably priced rent rate and finding a place I would feel like I could go to work and not worry if my wife would be safe at home.  Then we found Brittany Lane.  A very nice community with very kind and trustworthy people.  From the staff to the neighbors I could count on a smile and a secure place to live.  The maintenance guys are amazing with speed and quality of work.  For example, one day my dryer decided to stop drying.  Within 20 minutes of turning in the work request I had a knock at my door.  30 minutes later I had a new perfect working dryer running in my washroom  The office staff are so kind and quick to help with anything.  And the landscaping never ceases to astound.  It is so pleasant to come home from a long day to such a beautiful community."

I feel really safe hear, which was SUPER important to me since my husband is gone so much and I have a little one.  We have had first and second floor apartments here and noise has not ever been an issue for us. The grounds are beautiful, especially if you have a first floor apartment.  Our first floor apartment I always felt like I wasn't even living in an apartment because its not all closed off with a huge fence.  Best apartment I have ever lived in hands down.  I love living here.
