We offer anything between 6 to 12 month lease agreements.  Short term leases are available, but please contact the office for additional information. 

Once you have decided on the apartment you would like to rent, we would need an application filled out for each adult applicant.The fee is $32 per applicant and $500 for the deposit.  This will take the aparment off the market and reserve it in your name. 

To qualify to rent your monthly gross income must be at least three times the monthly rent.Your credit must be favorable (less than $1,000 in collections in the last 7 years), and you need to have 12 months verifiable rental history (for military, this can include living in the barracks).

** Please note, if you do not meet one or more of the above criteria, you may be able to qualify for an apartment if you pay an additional deposit equal to one month's rent. 

Anywhere from 24 to 72 hours.

When it's close to your move-in date we would like you to come in and sign your rental agreement ahead of time. Then on moving day, all we have to do is a walkthru and give you the keys to your new home!

You need to provide us 20 day notice PRIOR to the end of the month for move-out.  So notice needs to be given before the 10th of the month if there are 30 days in that month or by the 11th if there are 31 days.

Your refund (less carpet cleaning and any other charges) will be returned and postmarked within 14 days.
